A couple weeks back I woke up to the sound of thunder and heavy rain at sunrise - as I looked out the window everything - everything was tinted orange.  I'm still kicking myself for going back to bed rather than running outside and taking some shots.

Of course I get to rise before the sun does every morning, so just about everyday I can watch the sun come up in the fields next to work..

If it wasn't for the heat being so bad I would keep my camera in the car and get some decent shots when the boss wasn't looking..

BTW, as nice as this sunrise was, that night was terrible.  from 8:00 Pm to 2:30 Am it was constant rain, thunder and lightning...  We got soaked.
