I took this picture of a seagull trying to be an airplane recently while I was at the Quonset Point RI airshow. I thought it was a great shot, (actually a lucky shot  ;D )

LOL! You sure this isn't edited? I mean in real life we don't get to see the thought bubbles above peoples heads....

The thought bubbles are the ONLY thing I edited LOL. This was the actual pic I took, like I said, lucky shot  :)

And if weren't for birds, humans would likely never have thought of flying...
I could sit for hours watching almost any kind of bird do its thing. They are all excellent  aviators...
