Shame about the weather. I was looking forward to this show. It got so bad at one point they cut short the displays & cancelled the Hunter completely. :'(
None of my shots came out very well. Here's a few of the better ones.

ah, you saw Cpt John Vanden Bosch...our Belgian F-16 demo pilot. it's his first years as a display pilot, but he already won the Paul Bowen award for best solo display at the RIAT 2004...not bad ha?  ;)

Glad you got the tornado and F-16, i was just walking through the door as the F-16 took off and by the time i was in a position for any shots he was pretty much done, The tornado went up while we were busy with some statics so again no shots:(
Great shots of the arrows and Lynx:)

Who cares about the quality of a photo? Photo is photo, a proof that you've been there and had a good time,nothing more,nothing less.
Every photo that has at least a bit of clarity is a good photo. And according to that,your photos are so good that I just can't put it in words. ;)

You're welcome to visit any time Fret old chap. Leave it till next season now as the fun's amost over this year. I'll have to find someting else to take pictures of.

I'm sure we would get on famously but I'll warn you I'm used to living alone. ::)

In the UK this year there where 68 big airshows with 1 more to go at Duxford.

May            = 7
June           = 12
July            = 21
August       = 18
September = 10
Octorer      = 1

Plus a lot of Flyins
Most of them within 100 miles of where I live.
For a price I might rent out my spare room for the summer next year.
Oh yes, you may say that I am a git...
but, remember, that you are one too!
For there's nothing as good as being one true...
unless you are also a twit!

Just to rub it in here's a list of major air shows & fly-ins in the UK this season. http://www.aeroflight.co.uk/shows/showdate.htm

I've been to quite a few of them, sometimes 2 different events over a weekend. I'm lucky to live within a couple of hours drive of a lot of these airfields. I'll go almost anywhere but a 3-hour drive is my limit these days. Driving is no longer a pleasure & 6 hours on the British roads is enough for anyone in one day. ::) :o
