I'm pretty sure that they are as I recall seeing them while flying low during the daytime. I'll double check to make sure though. Framerates are taking a little hit but I'm still flying smooth. Thats all that counts.

I can't believe how great FTX Blue looks. Those lights are on real light poles. Not like UTX lights that are just glowing balls of light just above the ground. Did you check out my post "Light Poles for Harold"? And just wait till they release SP1.
