If it weren't for the 'oil painting' look of the clouds, it would look extremely realistic.
One thing I've noticed with Rex - it's really good at 'spectacular' but with scattered small cumulus it seems to try too hard, ending up not much better than default.

That particular one is the Orbx HD repaint of the Carenado C182RG which, unfortunately, is payware.
