Normally I'm not a fan of the whole lense flare thing, but in this shot it's great!  :)

Only thing, I reckon you should loose the lense flare from the spotlight, other than that...fabulous

if the sun is behind the helo, why is their a lens flare on the front end of it, on the other side to the sun??

IMHO lens flare is overkill and is very rarely used well

I like your honesty mousiness, but an edit can be very slight to make it look good.

its an edit, just not a very good one IMO, and since thats what you posted it for their you go
