Oh yea, you should probibly also lense flair those nav lights for a more realistic effect. Take a look at one of the edits I did to get an idea of how that works.
If you're going to use a lens flare, you will have to choose the right one, and edit it correctly. If you just pick any old flare, and slap it on, it can look highly unrealistic (and can in some cases, ruin the image).
Try to replicate this kind of look:
Lights 1Lights 2Lights 3Of course, if you want to make it look like a photograph, you'll have to take shutter speeds into account, too. A low shutter speed has been used on the first two pics, one because of the low light, and one to get the blurred props. If you're looking at your image through the eyes of a person, then there'll be no need to make the lights look that way. However, if you want it through the eye of a lens, then you're going to have to add some background blur aswell, showing the low shutter speed.
Anyway, if anything, you should be putting anti aliasing on.
