wow that is amazing however the one thing I noticed is that you can see the guys foot through the wing.

Other than that, that is a very impressive edit :o

Actually, if you look closely, you'll see that it's not his foot, but rather a feature of the Yak's paintwork.

This is a fantastic edit, it looks quite realistic. I love the footprints in the snow, very nice touch. :)

Your efforts are a tribute to many an unsung hero.

The picture presents a mood, it is not just the aircraft nor the men but the scenery, landscape, sky and meteorological conditions all rolled into one that make me sit back and think about it.  ;)
