Whether you're a noob or not Ashar....that is still a good edit and a good use of a pretty wierd/cool effect 8) :D

I took some pretty funky photos with prolonged exposure!  ;D
Nice anyways Ashar, may I suggest you start with the magnetic lasso tool next? That's the next step!  :)
