Thats really cool!  It almost looks like the guy taking it fell as he took the picture.  ;D  I like that...  Maybe its just me.  ::)

no
some freeware aircraft have them

most times it's tied to the tailhook or the wings folding. check to make sure you have key commands tied to those and try it.

thats your other option if Shift + E + 2 doesnt work or opens another door.
