My first attempt at an edit using Paint Shop Pro 7

The first image is the original capture,

the second is the edit.

I have tried to make the image look "Relistic" like a photo but I havn't got the foggiest idea how to, but I thought this looked good.  Any suggestions would be appreciated :-)

Happy flying...

Hi John,

I'm not much of an editor myself, so unfortunately I can't give any tips, however I can see a subtle difference, which IMO makes it somewhat better.
The colours don't seem quite as dull and it is definately sharper 8)

As for the plane.......... I believe it's FFX's Boeing 727 (Alitalia and Iberia paint jobs are also available), I love flying that bird, although I had to tweak the .air and aircraft.cfg to fly her properly :((couldn't get off the floor before the end of the runway at Gatwick >:() fixed it and she works fine ;D

Anyways, happy editing and hopefully you'll enter the the Edited Screenie Competition, we're TRYING to set-up (note : it's not the official comp. and there are no prizes, unlike the monthly, mods approved one ;))

Cheers,

Carl

It's a nice start. Just try a few more and you will improve.

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and, whatever you hit, call it the target.

There's no sense in being precise when you don't even know what you

Very nice...I can tell the difference between the two...the clouds in the second one look alot more crisp and the colors are improved...good work! :) :)

Thanks for the comments guys, I've tried a few more but they were only "Ok" and not much better than the originals.

I unpacked this baby "727" and managed to fly her with out any tweaking or editing.  Very lucky and very good fun.

I am trying to find out how to edit an area in PSP 7 as it only does the whole picture at the moment.  ???  I would like to try heat exhaust but my attempts using spray can on the AN-225 (Nice big bird ;D ) looked like a spider dancing a waltz!!

Any tips would be most appreciated, even a master class on editing....  any offers :-)
