That would be a view of to the side,that is the Pilots seat with canopy ejection handle on the top, though I am not sure where the other handle is,there should be another handle which goes between the Pilots legs,to fire the rockets for the seat to be ejected
It is only in the last 20 years that one handle has been used, or ever since the F-16
