Blue Angel in the Rain

Postby Gus_2004 » Sat May 29, 2004 11:04 pm

Never tried one of these before so here it is. I noticed something in between the edit but decided that it was a minor detail.   :o

Cheers,

Gus

Would it be that the text on the underwing is readable in the reflection?  lol

Seriously, that's an awesome edit!  (Gotta love the BAs!)
Great edit, Bob.

Google it.

Hey,

Thanks Scott and Richie.

Yep, you got it Scott. I figured out a solution which takes a little "flipping and mirroring."

I tried a lot of different versions and thought this one looked cool and "painterly" as a former design instructor would sometimes say.

Cheers,

Gus

That second one is even better than the first.  If you don't mind a little constructive critism, the only thing I noticed about it that doesn't look quite right is that the F-18 is a little too strong looking-the deck closer to the "camara" is a lot more blurred out than the jet.  Maybe if you blurred the jet just slightly more it might make it look more realistic, but thats just my opinion.

Anyway, it looks great!
