it have never flown, and it will be replaced soon by a Avro 540k from 1917 because that was the first type,  that flown from avedore
and this was the last guess a plane (for now)
it will start again, when i have found new interesting planes to guess

Would that be a typo on the Avro 504K ?.....its a very famous early trainer, and I wondered about that when I saw the reference in Danish on that linked page ?

Where exactly is this pole situated? I would hardly think a 504K was suitable for sticking on top of a pole unless it was inside. Or maybe I misunderstood.

That runway looks like part of a racetrack.

I know I get easily confused these days but I think it's a typo. Never heard of a 540K before.  Looks very much like a 504K to me.
Whatever it is I'm not sure it's at all suitable for sticking on that pole.

That would definately be an Avro 504K - a typo on their part then...
