The job does have its ups and downs.

I am not surprised really. Before departure of the first flight of the day, once we have signed the aircraft over to the pilots, as maintenance we wait on the jet way during boarding just in case there are any crew in snags. The number of self important arrogant a$$holes who think the world revolves around them never ceases to amaze me. Cabin crews have to deal with this on just about every flight, it is a wonder this does not happen daily. She has my sympathy.
Just waiting for Home Land Security or the TSA to charge her with terrorism to add to her problems. After all they have to enforce the image that we are in mortal danger every day of our lives and the person next to us is the most likely candidate to finish us off

Another point, so terrified were the passengers, that the first thing they thought of doing, calling loved ones, writing
short letters, but no, whip out the mobile phone and video it all
