US Airways Crash/Possible lawsuits starting

This guy is a idiot, emotional damage? Too soon to determine how much? Ugh, these people should be thrown out of a plane above open sea without a parachute, he doesnt realize how lucky he is and how well he is being treated by the airline? I seriously hope this guy doesnt get a bit out off it and is forced to pay the legal fee to US airlines..

EDIT: finally, some thankfull people in the last paragraph, not all hope is lost i suppose.
