Where is this?

I was trawling through islands on google earth when I came across this curios little island and I was wondering what it was, is it a secret base or just an ordinary 'runway on an island thing' (ps . its off the coast of chile and if you go closer it has got a few roads leading from the runway to a few buildings around the island)

Looks like Robinson Crusoe Island. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robinson_Crusoe_Island

Edit: Looking at that runway it's far too big. :-[
