Seems that Airliners.net have removed that image. I did wonder how it managed to get past their strict rules. I saw it not long after the fire and on a few websites way before they put it up :-/

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

What about the rest of the entire Accidents section...How come that has been maintained? >:(

Copyright comes to mind. Also it has appeared all over the net for some time. I would think that the person who posted/submitted it was a little, in the words of Mrs "T", economical with the truth about where/when they took the picture etc. I can't see how it could be anything to do with on going investigations as I said the picture/s have been about for some time.
