Yep, I was looking to get one of these -

). I don't know if my logbook will fit though, so we'll have to see.
That's exactly what I have, and if you have a regular student-type logbook, it should fit jusy fine.
But some advice: leave the logbook at home. Even if you're getting an endorsement signature on a given flight, don't bring it with you on the flight if you can avoid that (keep it in the car or whatever).
I've got nothing to hide, myself, but you don't necessarily want the authorities to have ready access to it if something happens.
And if something happens, it'd be a shame to have the logbook get damaged.

Which leads to another bit of advice: keep your logbook entries businesslike. If you want a record of your lousy landings or "touching the face of God" or whatever, keep a journal instead.
