It's okay, everyone's entitled to their opinions. :)

You speculate that you might be an airline pilot but you're hard of hearing, hard of seeing, and you're very short.

And what I wanna know is if I can legally pilot a 777 passenger plane despite all my physical short-comings.

You da man Brett. ;D

Speaking of which, did I see your name as the author of an aircraft on the PC Pilot cover CD a few months ago? Congrats if so, that's quite an accomplishment. ;)

Oh, and it seems this topic has been somewhat hijacked (I'll admit, partially by me), so dial in 7500 and do what you can. :)

Yeah.. That was the Cessna 210 pressurized.  The response I've gotten from that relatively simple model has been unbelievable. I think everyone (especially me) wanted a freeware 210.. cause it sure struck a nerve.

I'll have a slightly improved version, complete with V/C ready for FSX. It will still be a simple enough model to not be a frame-rate hog.

Thanks..

Sure... just wear platform shoes and sit on a pillow; wear thick glasses, and don't worry about your ears... 777 captains don't listen to anybody anyway. ;D

So when do we get to see the livery, etc.?

The tail art is a screenshot of an astronomy program where I edited the Earth to have saturn-like rings around it. The art on the 717's engines is the actual texture used for the rings in the space shot on the tail. As for the title being above the wings on the meljet 777 instead of being near the front, I was too lazy to split the pre-made title image into two. ;D

Not bad at all... maybe you could start a business designing airplane liveries, or painting them... a little more do-able. ;D

OR, i could make RingJet a VIRTUAL airline here, and then charge money to fly with me? ;D

Nice livery.  You could play up the space theme even more.  Make the body of the plane black and covered with stars!

Dunno But if you release a ringjet virtual paint for some freeware plane I'll fly her and do shots of it..

Maybe through some other means your dream of creating an airline will become true... Let us know if it does
