Renault are facing the same charges as McLaren if this BBC article is anything to go by. This time for having technical details of McLaren.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Nah - apparently it was a McLaren employee who went to Renault... :P ;) ;D Mind you we all know that Fernando is fond of sending incriminating txt msgs to his buddy Max... ;D

If this continues Force India and Super Aguri will have the biggest garages next year... ;D

You have to remember that the Italians have already had Frank and Patrick in the dock, and did their best to destroy them...


...and oddly enough that was when they were the team to beat... ::)
