They are looking really cool this year. Most look nothing like last years, should provide some interesting results. will have pictures up later, when i can find some.

I've seen BAR, Toyota, and Sauber.  I want to know what Mc Claren has been doing for the past 6 months after the spectacular failure of the MP4-19A

What was the deal with V-8 engines this year?  I thought they were going to downsize, but all the cars i've seen have V-10 power.

they can use last years engines but they have to be limited to a certain amount of power. Next year is when all the power levels will be enforced. This year its all about downforce rules being enforced.

This year, the cars look more like toys or pieces of art, not race cars

I want the '98 cars back...the new ones might be aerodynamically perfect, but they look like a toy.

Personally i prefer the late 80's early 90's cars.

And yes gentlemen, that is a Ferrari not at the front of a race:) Prost and Hill in the Williams at the front, they were the Ferraris of the early 90's in terms of domination. And yep thats Schumacher in the radically differant looking Benneton, again not at the front:)

I think that because they look like toys will make watching them more interesting.  Part of the "cool" in motor racing is the speed and the style.  So if shumi dominates, at least we have something to look at!
