Fly Tampa scenery

Hi, Does anyone know what Fly Tampa uses to make there scenery??
I have tried one of there scenerys and was simply amazed at the quality of it.

I am a scenery designer myself, so i really would like to know what they use.

They use all different textures and special files that end in .bgl
