Real World Weather

Postby Jamie » Sun Sep 17, 2006 8:29 pm

Hi ,
I frequently have to click on Real world Weather a couple times to get it finally download .  We have showers here and I wanted to try a short flight this evening , but keep getting  " Connection with Server has been Reset " !!  Have tried about 6 times with no luck .  Anybody else had this same problem ?
I have slow dial-up and WXP , FS2002 Pro .
Thanks ,
Jamie

Hmm...dial-up is probably the problem.

I have had many problems with real world weather in 2002 and hope that FSX doesn't have these problems.

One major thing I had problems with was it never showing up.

Hi Airshow_lover ,
Glad to know that I am not the only one . Surely would be fun to use that feature a lot , but guess my slow dial-up out here in the country may not permit it very often .
Thanks ,
Jamie

Yeah....we use a wireless DSL connection from a neighbor that frequently drops out. DO you know how aggrivating it is to be MP flying and suddenly drop out?  >:(

Ugh, it's annoying,
