Start Up Time = Actual Local Time?

Postby maskrider_01 » Tue Nov 09, 2004 4:34 am

Hi guys!

I have a question.

Is it possible to to change a setting in the Simulator so that when starting up at my local airport, virtual time in the sim equals actual local time at my location?

Fer instance, my default start up location is Lindberg Field, San Diego. When I start the Simulator at say 2PM I want the time in the Sim to be 2PM too, or whatever time it may actually be at Lindberg Filed.

Is there a setting to change so that start up flight time equals the actual time at my default location or will I always need to manually adjust to actual time?

Cheers,
Chris

The "System Time" option from FS2002/Settings/General/Time sets the current time & date in FS2002 from the internal clock on your PC. You might need to restart the sim after resetting it for the changes to take effect.
