I'm not sure I understand your question. If you want to put the full list of commands into the kneeboard you could cut & paste them from a document into an aircraft/ *notes.txt file, but that wouldn't be printing them.
If you want to print what's already in the kneeboard just go into your aircraft/ folder and plug *check.txt, *notes.txt or *ref.txt into a word processor. None of those files contain a list of key commands, though.
