Yaw

Postby jrpilot » Sat Jan 03, 2004 11:35 am

Resently I saw a topic on "slide flying" and I was wondering what should be done if I am drifting in flight simulator?

Example 35000 feet up gps says go heading of 135 at a heading of 135 I am drifting a few miles off course what I do is change my heading in this case maybe to  a heading of 140.

Am I doing this right or is there a device I don't know of like yaw that will correct the aircraft for me?

Any help would be great

Thank you

Yeah, thats about right. If you want to stop it just turn the wind off in the weather section.
