nvidia ti4200 video card settings

Hi guys can anyone help with video card settings I cant understand them at all antialiasing and 3d etc theres about 20 settings i can change. What do i do?

Hi Mandy, okay anti-aliasing is to smooth out lines in the picture, so they don't look all jagged.
If you tell us what you've got selected and what you haven't (and which nVidia drivers you are currently using?) we'll do our best to get your machine up to its optimum level.
