Reheat/Afterburner

Postby AndyG » Tue Sep 16, 2003 9:23 am

I'm sure I read how to do this somewhere, but I can't remember where!!

I'm using a few aircraft which are decidedly underpowered when in reheat; I know there is an adjustment you can make in the aircraft.cfg file (I think it's the thrust scalar entry), I'd be grateful if somebody could confirm that for me, and give me a few helpful pointers.  And is there anyway of putting the info straight into the airfile?

All help gratefully received!

I'm not sure what the information you should be putting in is, but if you are wanting to edit the *.air file, use AirEd, found at the top of this page:
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/hsors/FS_Soft/fsairfile.html

I have absolutely no idea about where to find tutorials on this subject, but I believe you can link to them from the above site.
