Autopilot for just holding the altitude

Postby Massimo » Sun Aug 24, 2003 4:10 am

Hi to all.

I tryied several times with differents planes (beech350, 737-400, learjet45...), to use the autopilot just to hold the altitude or to hold a certain vertical speed.
I never succeed since, as I turn on the autopilot general switch and the ALT switch, tha airplane also holds the heading, so you cannot turn the plane anymore!

With fs2000 it was possible, it seems not with 2002!

Thanks for replying

Hey, someone complained about me using the MS logo, so I have changed it.  :-*

Meanwhile, I DO NOT REPRESENT MICROSOFT or ANY OTHER FLIGHT SIM MAKER!  :)
