Postby gilbates » Sun Aug 17, 2003 4:50 pm

Hi guys

downloaded and installed latest fsnsvigator no probs and trying hard to learn it`s little qwerks

i can start the multiplayer sess in fs2002 ok , i run host sb ( latest version ) then switch out to squackbox run the dialog fix then the main prog , it finds my session ok but wont connect to it ,

i`m guessing fsnavigator is getting in the way somehow coz before that was installed i had no probs

when i go back into fs2002 the host sb dialog box is locked up and no matter what i do all i get back when trying to click on it is an annoying sound telling me i cant do it

so i have to shut fs2002 and restart

what am i missing guys

help

need to fly

getting shaky hands from withdrawl

as a footnote
i just discovered the multi connection in fsnavigator now i`m thinking i should use this instead of squack box

next prob is , i tried and it still didnt connect  just came back with eror mssg try again

getting tired now guys off to bed will reply to any answers or thoughts in about 17 hrs

cheers

If you're using the Multiplayer mode in FSNav, then don't.
There's actually no reason to use it, anyway.
When you start SB, file your flight plan, as normal, and that should be it. You could be right. FSNav is trying to connect along with your sim and SB, and most likely causing an error.
