Just in case you didn't get my e-mail here it is:

********************** The message for you follows ************************
Hello John,

Thank you for your cooperation and I appreciate your patience shown towards
troubleshooting this issue.

I researched more on this issue and found that, at times USB and AGP bus share
resources and at high graphics such situations do come up. The other possibility
is an issue with the USB sub-system on the motherboard.

John, let us try the following steps, to try resolving this issue:

Step 1: Disable AGP Texturing/Support

To disable AGP Texture Acceleration:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks), and then click
OK.

3. Click the Display tab.

4. Under DirectX Features, click Disable button next to AGP Texturing
Acceleration or AGP Support.

5. Click OK.

Now try the joystick in the game. If the issue persists, please try the next
step.

Step 2: Reduce Hardware Acceleration

1. Right-click on your desktop and select properties.

2. Select the Settings Tab and click on Advanced.

3. Select the Troubleshoot Tab

4. Reduce Hardware acceleration down by a notch and then Click Ok.

Try playing the game to check if the issue is resolved.

5. Repeat steps for Hardware Acceleration till you reach the first notch

Step 3: John, let us also make sure that the latest updates for the motherboard
are installed.

Step 4: I also suggest you to test the joystick on another system, so that we
can know whether the issue is with the joystick or system.

I hope this helps, as for the John part, well he was helping me right? Hope it helps. Peace ;)

PS: I also posted it for other ppl to look at.

Hi I have flight2000 f16 genius joy and I can't set it to the right position. It allways move around a little. When I'm in the game making back, front, left or right pressure on joy:it jumps up, down... so I must release the pressure. When I release back pressure it suddenlly jump even more back for a second (nose is risen). So I can't have a stady climb or descent I must allways corect it with joy (ups and downs). I tried to set joy in 100 of diferent ways but no luck (only trim helps) and I can't find any driver or softwere for this joy anywhere on the net.
Anybody have a clue what's wrong? It's not the OS because it works the same in win98 and win xp.

I wish i could help, i really do, i know how it feels to not have on of the most important components not working. I tried a few searches on google, but nothing. They don't even have a site? How old is it anyways? Maybe you could trade it in for some money and buy another one..........or you could return to the store..........hmm, you may have tried this already but maybe calibrating it? If not, try the troubleshoot in the controllers window. It may not have an asnwer. Sorry i couldn't help, just giving some suggestions.

Oh hey, little update here......

on this page http://www.thewhizzkid.co.uk/speakersjoysticks.htm the site seems to be selling that exact same joystick. That doesn't help i know but it does help that they have technical support regarding what they sell............its forums, so i don't think our going to have to give proof that you bought anything there........http://www.thewhizzkid.co.uk/forum/ <<

I don't have that brand of joystick but I had a similar problem with a Logitech Strikeforce 3D stick and kept thinking the sensitivity setting was too high and repeatedly turned it down. It kept getting worse until I turned the sensitivity almost all the way up instead of down. That's worth a try. It seems backward but my stick is working great now with sensitivity set high.

Thanks to AstroGeek and MattNW for helping but unfortunately neither of solutions help, but I just found
page on net(http://www.geniusnet.com.tw/download/qu ... asp?plno=4) with some drivers and guess what, there's no driver for my brand of joy  :'( but I will try some anyway.
Thanks again.
