KSAN (san diego) scenery question

[UofA Capital B]

I have a few questions...
1.) I downloaded an AFCAD for KSAN that added parking slips and also added gates, but the gates never showed up while in the game, and reason?
2.)I have a large list of AI flights now, and have a few cargo planes around, is there any way i can make them park in the cargo parking area? or at least have ATC direct them to the cargo area?
3.)does anyone have any eye candy files for KSAN?

All AFCAD will do is add the parking spaces. It will not create new scenery or add to existing scenery. The parking IS there, but it's not depicted graphiclly.
