Its the time of the year when I despair of the sanity of Human Beings!... ;)...!

We have a fine selection of them (idiots) on my housing estate... >:(...!
I am certain that some of these light extravagances can be observed from the Planet Mars!... :o...
...maybe the originators can be exported there?... ::)...!
