Someone Finally Did It

What are you laughing at?

Someone Finally Did It

Postby SeanTK » Thu Sep 03, 2009 9:40 pm

This is sad, scary, and amazingly funny at the same time! This is why I avoid these stores.

Please note: The people highlighted on this sight are not typical Americans......unless you live in some very specific areas.  ;D
All in good fun, and I would be thoroughly surprised if the members here are offended by this website based on the rest of the content in this forum.

Should have made the disclaimer a little larger. ;D

Make sure people really understand this does not represent the average person.

This has made the UK national news

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Won't be long before it's like this in Britain.  Asda* is now owned by Walmart & from what I've seen attracts the same type of customer. ::) :P

*I paid my very first visit to an Asda store last week. It was an education. ;)

As a former Wal-Mart employee in a previous life, I must say this website shows the truth.  Not a day went by where we didn't see something.

My favorite Wal-Mart story involves a buddy of mine who just likes to mess with people, plus do accents.  He was working in the back of the store having a conversation with himself in different accents, and completely creeped out the rest of the night stock crew.

...Their prices my be slightly inflated, but they attract a more "civilsed" type of person*...
OK, I'm an ocean and a few hundred linguistic years away from you... dare I ask what civilsed is? We're having a daft time just trying to be mutually civilized over here, let alone civilised with the rest of the world. Now you want us civilsed, too? :P

Right now I'm just wondering how long it will take for the Wal-Mart corporation to catch wind of the website and sue.
::)

Just remember, everyone is special in their own unique way...some people just like to express it more.  ;D
