There are many, many times when I read a request for Members to cure a particular problem which they are experiencing, and I can always think of a long, complex, highly technical reply which does not relate in any way, shape, or form to the original subject matter*...
...its what I do....

I always view the Post requests starting as....
"Dear Miriam..."....
...
Paul....
....
....
....!
* it generally gets me into trouble...
