The Farmland Breeze

A Nebraskan farmer went to the nearest town bank to secure a mortgage on his farm. He filled out the paperwork and handed it to the loan agent, who looked it over carefully.
"Well," spoke the loan officer, "everything seems in order. However, I will still need to see your farm before I authorize a specific amount."
"No problem," the farmer assured, "It should be passing by at any moment."

It's really windy in Nebraska, the place is known for tornados.

I don't blame you guys for not getting it, you kinda' have to go Nebraska to understand it fully. ;)

Funny though. :D
