Interestingly Amazing Facts and never heard before!

6. All babies are color blind when they are born.

This is interesting. I don't recall hearing this in my Human Genetics class in college. I do remember the odds though. 1 in 125 girls are color blind. 1 in 12 boys are color blind.

BTW, I'm color blind with red/green.

Also, although they are not yet fully developed, eyes are the only thing that babies are born with that are already at full size and do grow as they get older :o

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Here's something else you can add to the list:

During the first seven weeks of embryonic development, a human embryo is a "female."

Red/green is quite common; my uncle was very good at drawing in B/W but the grass may be brown and the horse green if he used colors. When they first began replacing the old verticle traffic lamps with horizontal ones, my dad had to ask whether the red or green was lit (he didn't pass his specialized effect on to me).

...and all babies aren't color blind -- they just haven't learned which name is for which color yet!
;D
