Interestingly Amazing Facts and never heard before!

1. The first product that Sony came out with was the rice cooker.

2. The first domain name ever registered was Symbolics.com.

3. The most dangerous job in the United States is that of an Alaskan Crab Fisherman.

4. Business.com is currently the most expensive domain name sold for $7.5 million.

5. An apple, potato, and onion all taste the same if you eat them with your nose plugged.

6. All babies are color blind when they are born.

7. There is a giant mushroom in Oregon that is over 2,400 years old, covers 3.4 square miles of land, and is still growing!

8. A volcano has enough power to shoot ash as high as 50 km into the atmosphere.

9. Bill Gates' house was designed using a Macintosh computer.

10. SONY was originally called 'Totsuken'.

Some extras..

...did you know that panda's are the only creatures apart from humans that are willfully vegetarian? They're meant to eat meat, but they don't, just bamboo, and as a result they are also the only member of the bear family that doesn't hibernate, if they slept that long they would die of malnutrition...

...also, scorpions are the only creatures apart from humans that are known to deliberately commit suicide...they're not immune to their own poison, and they can get depressed and stab themselves...if you have a pet scorpion, you have to keep changing the stuff in their tank, or they'll get bored and off themselves...

Not technically a mushroom, but a fungus that is beneath the topsoil.

then why do they call it a mushroom if its not "technically" one?!  >:(

FYI when you plug your nose you can't taste period. (yes this is true, i learned about it in my anatomy class) everything you eat will have no taste if your nose is plugged. This does NOT change how spicy stuff is (i know, i tried to eat some pure wasabi with my nose plugged...

11. A polar bear's fur is actually clear. The white color is caused by the reflection of light.

Sony, from Japan, made a rice cooker? How odd. ;D
