Ahh but not as good as calling apple and when asking why their computers were so inferior to those of windows, I got a very long and detailed explanation of why they suck from the tech support guy, followed by him saying "God I cant wate to quit this job and get away from these things." I almost have half a mind to call back and see if he is still working.
