Free cat.

What are you laughing at?

It's sick! That creature probably was loved by some-one. As a catowner/lover I can't laugh with this. What's next? Pictures of the ruanda genocide with free people signs?

Normally I can laugh with alot, but not this time!

Nothing against Woodlouse though, It's more against the author of the "joke"

I'm extremely offended. The ruanda genocide killed thousands of PEOPLE. It was a sign of the degradation of humanity as a whole and created by evildoers on purpose. How can you compare that to a stupid dead cat killed by accident?

Knowing friends who actually lost family in that incident really makes me detest your sick comparsion.

OK, OK, just calm down now!  :)

Even though both scenarios aren't exactly funny, I think we should not flame each other over it, espeically Kris because I don't like it when you're angry.  ;D

Wow! I am truely sorry I've offended you Autopilot. I took an event in Africa as I though this wouldn't affect anyone to this extend. I can see how this must hurt you and would like to offer you my apologies.

It's just I can't stand animal-cruelty and to me it is as bad as mistreating people.

I am not looking to start an arguement around here, so please Autopilot, once again I say I am sorry about my remark. It wasn't meant that way.

I am quite a peacefull guy Rob, but some things just get to me. I understand Autopilot's view and will respect it.

Speaking to someone who actually put the cat in the tumble drier (at age 4, mind you) I find it hilarious.  By the way, it wasn't my cat, and the thing would never come near me again.
All I want is a warm bed, a kind word, and unlimited power.

And it's spelled Rwanda...if it's an issue that I'm so passionate about, I'm going to know how to spell it. ;)

It's not exactly animal cruelty. Pets and people get run over all the time. It's more making the best out of a bad situation. ;D

True, after all, it wasn't the 'free cat' sign that killed the cat - it was some stupid idiot in a car. . . . . . . . . . . . . or curiosity (I forget which).

Cheers,

TSC.

Thanks, yeah I know. I was pretty disturbed to realize that I just copied his spelling of it.

Now pictures like this come around all of the time and some people take it very differently as seen in these conversations. I've had two cats and I like cats very dearly. On the other hand I do think this is midly amusing because you usually do not see a sign that is giving away free dead cats. I think if someone who was a sicko who actually was serious about giving it away then that is not funny at all. Lighten up and take a joke.

I think you'll find, if you look closely that the "Free Cat" bit at least was photoshopped on. :P

Just because there's genocide going on in the rest of the world, it does not mean that someone isn't allowed to care about a cat.

Been waiting to get that off my chest ::)

Quite right. And just because a cat has come to grief it doesn't mean you can't have a little giggle over it's misfortune. Especially when it's got a sign like that next to it. ;D
