I prefer though to only eat what I catch, salmon that I caught myself seems to taste so much better

I suspect if New-Yorkers ate that instead of greasy Beefburgers, they would be healthier, and live longer.... :)..!

Ahh.. Sward fish, stake cut and seasoned just so, rapped in some foil, then cooked up on the grill. Hands down the best fish I ever had in my life. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Try this.
Take your Sword fish steak, rub both sides with some oil and season well with sea salt. Then sprinkle with plenty of Chinese Szechuan pepper (ground) and quickly fry in a dry pan over highish heat. Don't over cook.
One of my favourites.

I love Salmon or Lake Trout on the BBQ!

Here is a quote from Samuel Clemmens on the subject of fish.

Mark Twain's answer to a would-be writer:
"Young Author"--Yes, Agassiz does recommend authors to eat fish, because the phosphorus in it makes brain. So far you are correct. But I cannot help you to a decision about the amount you need to eat--at least not with certainty. If the specimen composition you sent is about your fair usual average, I suggest that perhaps a couple of whales would be all you would want for the present. Not the largest kind, but simply good middling-sized whales.
