Yup I've been here that long, lurking and causing chaos!
And today I am 40 years old! There is no danger of me doing any growing up anytime soon. I'm planning to celebrate entering middle age by wearing my favourite Hawaiian shirt, playing Scalextric (I have possibly the largest privately owned track in Europe) and having Nerf Gun fights with my kids. We will also been playing quite a bit of snooker (alas my table is only a half-sized one).
I will be eating too much, drinking too much and just enjoying the hell out of my day!
You're only young once, you can be immature indefinitely and believe me I'm in no hurry to grow up... seems to make you miserable ;D ;D ;D
So party time at Chateau Oz 8-) 8-) 8-)

Happy birthday Mark.

Remember, growing old is compulsary, growing up is optional ;D ;D

Says I've been here since March 2002.  I think there was a major forum change around then, and some of us have been around longer than that.

Happy Birthday Mark and many Happy Returns... ;)

I am twice + your age now and here is what the old girl has observed:

-we both gave up our flying medicals

-we both passed again our drivers tests

-we still do our own cooking...seldom eat out

-still sociable drinkers...just I get chuck full of sociability

Alex, I started bungee jumping at 17, parachuting at 18, rock climbing at 20.
For relaxation I also used to do rallying and skiing.
There's no danger of me wearing tartan slippers or catching that horrible sanity thing anytime soon ;)
Think I might have overdone things with lunch mind you... I feel like I've swallowed a whole water melon!
