Wonderful stuff, Andy... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!
When I saw your name, and the mention of Dinner in the post, I immediately thought to myself...
"Andy's done something nice, with New Zealand Lamb!"..

..and you did not disappoint!

Now...What about a nice, sliced, leg of N.Z. Lamb with mint sauce, boiled and roast Potatoes, assorted steamed vegetables, Yorkshire Puddings, and a fantastic, thick, dark brown gravy!.
Something that N.Z. is famous for, and one of our favourite Sunday roast dinners.
I could have that, every day, for my dinner...trubble is...NZ Lamb is very expensive over here, fresh or frozen, so its a bit of a rare

For 4 years I was co-owner (partner) of a restaurant in Portugal, and the lamb in our menus was from NZ, you know? Half-way around the world - literally! But it was worth it, miam miam!    :D  ;D  :D  ;D
