I thought we just had the biggest storm for the last X years and what happened..............not much really. Some lovely Aurora pictures, but not much else. I do realise that from time to time things do happen (we have no TV for a couple of hours or the power fails) but not as the media would like us to believe.
The papers are full of gloom and doom stories along with the inevitable aircraft falling from the skies with GPS systems failing ::) My prediction for this event, some really nice Aurora pictures again........

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
