Why did they bring the discussion between creationist and evolutionist on the fact that whales were discovered half a mile from the ocean? 500 years ago where I stand now writing was nothing but water with a few tens of feet deep and I live a mile away from the ocean at 400 ft above the sea level...

Yeah, that's what I ment, there's no sense in bringing that up... And when they say scientists are baffled they can only be joking because scientist don't get confused with finding a bunch of whales half a mile away from the sea... It's something that happens...

I know what Alex means... ;)...

Its the mixing of two entirely different subjects, (separated by a comma), in the same report!

I'm so confused  :-/ how these two articles related?
Evidently, when Miss KnowlesAll heard about the dolphin, she thought it was a Miami Dolphin, then got her schools mixed up.   ::) ;)

500 years ago, where I stand now writing, was nothing but water a few tens of feet deep and I live a mile away from the ocean, at 400 ft above the sea level...
When I put in a small flower garden at my place in Nebraska, near the geographical center of the continental U.S., I kept digging up bivalve shells; I guess Nebraska expects the tide to come back in because the navy has been housed there.

I understand exactly what Alex is getting at. It's a roundup of chatter on Facebook & Twitter. What do you expect? LOL ::)

I'm more interested in the whale story.

Yahoo! as free as it is, doesn't seem to have many writers on its staff. Most news is gathered from other sources. It's free though. Whenever I begin to miss the company of a darn good moron, I head straight to the Yahoo! comments under the article.
