Uh oh...

The house next door, which is very, very close to me, is on fire. Y'all cross your fingers and hope me and Yoshi don't have to beat a hasty retreat.

Did they put the fire out yet?
The top floor of my house caught fire 15 yrs ago. What the fire didn't destroy, the water did.       :P

Okay, now what 3 things are you going to take with you on the way out the door?

Not an easy question to answer unless you've planned for something like this.
HP Media Center Photosmart m7260n | 3.0GHz Intel Pentium D 830 | 2 GB RAM | 320 GB HD | Sapphire X1950 GT 512MB | Silencer 610 Watt PSU

I would just kick out the screen in my window and start tossin' stuff out. Well, not tossing, setting on the ground. After that, climb out the window. ;)

It appears they all did their job well.

In no particular order:
1. Kimber Stainless II, Colt 1991A1 Compac, S&W model 13
2. Takamine and Telecaster
3. Yoshi and outboard hard drive

I can stick all three handguns in my belt and pick up both guitars. Quickly return and pick up Yoshi and hard drive. Done.

All my exits were on the opposite side from the fire, so walking out the door would be simple. On the other hand, going out a window would mean a four to five foot drop to the ground; not an option with my ruptured discs.
