Can you disappear?

The full story is "Can you disappear in Britian", but this could go for just about any country today. It is a very good read and makes you think, just how much information and data is freely floating around about YOU!
So this chap decided to "disappear" and have a private detective company try and track him down Enemy of the State style.

I can remember a time when only the Inland Revenue, and the Department of Health and Pensions were aware of my existence on this Planet.... :)...!

Now everyone, (and his bleedin' Dog), seems to know everything about me, mostly courtesy of the Computer, and the; "Internet"... :o...!

Two things are permanently burnt into my brain: My National Insurance number, and my Army number...

...my Telephone number is still a mystery to me!... :-/... ;D...!
