NEED HELP, cant use multisceen to use printscreen

Hi,

Lately I have been unable to use two screen (NVidea Geforce 9600 GT graphic card),Ultramom and MGrab to make screenshots, I hope someone cane help me to solve this problem.
(It works if I dont use two screen)

I have been using MGrab for a long time now but for 3 weeks ago I start getting error message as soon I hit the Printscreen button = " Cannot save 2 color images in this format " ?

I have try 3 more add-ons with the same result - not work or cant save ? ( Screenshot tools, FSScreen, Icyscreen)

I have update my screen with latesed version, use latesed graphic version for NVidia and set NVidia 3D for Fligth Simlator and multiscreen.

I also use nHansen ver. 2.5.7 and set the optin as NickN.
I think the suggestion settings has to be update by NickN, or maybe that are done.
