"The latest find follows news last month of the discovery of two crates of Scotch whisky under a hut used by another British explorer, Ernest Shackleton, during his 1907-09 expedition to Antarctica."

That is amazing, but I'm a bit more interested in the scotch. ;)

This reminds me of this treasure that was found not far from where I live. What that article doesn't mention is that a lot of preserved food in jars was also found, that's what made me think of it. I still haven't been to that museum.
